Matt Malczewski did a great job selling our home and helping us with the purchase of our new home. On the sell side, he was able to get us multiple offers in an uncertain market by pricing the property competitively and sending a designer to help make our home as desirable as possible. We didn't make any design changes but the decluttering made our house look bigger. He also negotiated favorable inspection terms and a seller rent back while our new house got renovated. On the buy side, he helped us find an off market property and was able to negotiate seller help. I have worked with many realtors, but Matt is easily one of the best that I've worked with.
